Tennyson Place

LEED Information:

Tennyson Place in Legacy has received Silver core and shell LEED Certification. LEED Certification is the benchmark for "eco-friendly" buildings. The US Green Building Council (see www.usgbc.org) administers the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program.

Based on well-founded scientific standards, LEED emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies for sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.

LEED buildings reduce or minimize the impact on our environment and are safer and healthier for the occupants, increase productivity, lower the cost of utilities and operating costs, and gives employees a sense of comfort while working in a healthy environment.
